Mindful Meditation For All offers simple, trauma-informed mindfulness tools to help you reduce stress, regulate big feelings, and find balance in everyday life—whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice. Explore guided meditations for adults, parents, and kids, plus creative mindfulness resources like our Colorful Connection Books designed to support emotional wellness and meaningful connection at home.
Veterans, their immediate family, and Gold Star families are eligible for free access (verification required). Free spots are limited and may fill—if they do, you’ll be added to the waitlist for the next available class or opening. Most offerings are online. In-person classes and in-home services are currently available in Massachusetts only.
